1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

2. How long will it take before I receive my order?

First you will receive you initial order confirmation. Then we need 1 business day for picking and packing. Then we'll ship your bot and that's when you receive a tracking number. Here's how long shipping usually takes:

Continental USA : 3-5 business days
Puerto Rico: 5-7 business days
Canada: 10-15 business days

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

Kauzbots accepts exchanges and returns of merchandise purchased through Kauzbots.com within 15 days of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We also cannot accept your return/exchange unless the merchandise is sent back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on merchandise showing any signs of use or wear.

Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Kauzbots will not be responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit coming back to us. Please remember, Kauzbots reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

4. When will I be charged sales tax?

Kauzbots will charge sales tax on orders that are being shipped within California. The tax rate we charge is that of the Orange County area, 8.75%. For international orders, customers will be responsible for paying ALL duties, taxes, and/or brokerage charges.

5. Did you receive the wrong item?

Because of the volume of bots we're sending out, sometimes those little buggers get into the wrong bags. We're very sorry! If you've like to keep your bot, we'll happily provide you with a discount for your next purchase. If you'd like to exchange your bot for a different color, simply return the robot in its mint condition with ALL tags still attached. You must return your bot within 7 days of receiving your order at home.

We will happily pay the return shipping and also ship your correct bot out as soon as we receive your current robot back in our Phoenix office. You can send your incorrect bot to the address below. Please email us at hello@kauzbots.com in order to begin the exchange process.
