Kalvin the robots jumps up


Doctor Krakowitz was a master inventor. He made the flying twirlyskags and the bottoms bookbags, the weightless paperweights and rollerless rollerskates, but his latest invention had everyone’s attention.
I want to build robots with hearts, he explained.
That is a horrible idea his bosses complained
We’d rather had bears with no paws or cats with no claws.
The factory owners said certainly no
So doctor krakowitz decided to build a robot of his own.

Into his lab with the door locked behind him
Dr. Krakowitz used all the needed bot parts
Once the robot was done, all that was left was the heart

There were wires, small tires and miniature trees
He used balloons and cartoons and honey from bees
There were dreams, idea streams and pieces of art
All of these things together made the robots new heart

But something was missing the old Dr. thought
How can I give him the love that I’ve got?
He made one final addition and wrapped it with guaze
The heart was complete now, He’d inserted a KAUSE

And Kalvin the robot jumped up from the table
I am leaving the factory
I am willing and able
So out Kalvin ran, and into the town

Noticing things that should change
And he wrote them all down

But the list got too long, Kalvin let out a moan
There is no way I could ever do this all on my own

THEN he had an idea so big and so tall
He ran back to the factory and started to call

Kauzbots leading the way for social change, one cause at a time

My friends, my dear robots, there is something you need
If you listen to me, I can tell you indeed

All the robots were gathered and Kalvin continued to speak
The world is so beautiful, but some parts are bleak

If you help we can change this, and make things much better.

So they all got their hearts and left the factory together.
