	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Where are your products manufactured?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All stuffed bots and keychains are handmade in China in a small manufacturing center. As you should expect from Kauzbots, we require our manufacturers to operate in fair labor conditions and pay fair wages. We&amp;#8217;ve personally been to the center on multiple occasion, and all conditions are safe with proper working conditions. All t-shirts are printed in the southern California.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. How long will it take before I receive my order?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once your order has been processed, please allow the following additional time for delivery via &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;USPS&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;States on the West coast: 1-2 business days&lt;br /&gt;States in the Midwest and central U.S.: 2-4 business days&lt;br /&gt;States on the East coast: 4-5 business days&lt;br /&gt;Alaska, Hawaii: 2-4 business days&lt;br /&gt;Puerto Rico: 5-7 business days&lt;br /&gt;Canada: 10-15 business days&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. What is your return/exchange policy?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kauzbots accepts exchanges and returns of merchandise purchased through Kauzbots.com within 30 days of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We also cannot accept your return/exchange unless the merchandise is sent back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on merchandise showing any signs of use or wear.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;UPS&lt;/span&gt;/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Kauzbots will not be responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit coming back to us. Please remember, Kauzbots reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.&lt;/p&gt;
